Three of GMC’s planers featured in this month’s The Woodworker & Woodturner’s ‘On Test’ article, all making a great impression.
First up was the PPM Palm Planer, which scored a fantastic 4.5 out of 5 for both performance and value for money, and reviewer Andy Standing added that the palm planer is an efficient tool, being both compact and light weight.
Next up was the Wood Razor, which Andy found both powerful and comfortable, giving it a score of 4.5 for value for money and 4 out of 5 for performance.
Finally, the rebate planer was put to test, scoring 4 out of 5 for both value for money and performance. They noted that the finish was good, and added that the wide horizontal handle and large rear grip added to the planer’s ease of use.
